Thank you for your purchase from GInThePark. We appreciate your business.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item 14 days from the date you received it. Your item(s) should be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
If perhaps there is any issue with an order, please contact us within 14 days at inquiry@shopginthepark.com and we will do our best to help you. Items that can’t be returned include: Items marked as Final Sale, Swimwear, and Bodysuits.
GInThePark reserves the right in its absolute discretion to determine whether a product or a component of a product has failed due to a defect or wear and tear. Such replacement is offered by GInThePark at its sole discretion. In the event that an exchange for the defective item cannot be arranged, GInThePark reserves the right to offer a substitute or full refund. All repair or replacement of item(s) will depend on inventory availability.
For all returns, the only thing you need to include in your package is the purchased item.
Shipping Fees
You are responsible for most return shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to ship your return.
Exceptions: GInThePark will cover shipping fees when items are damaged and/or defective.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your item qualifies as damaged/defective, a return shipping label will be emailed. GInThePark does not charge restocking fees.
How to Submit a Return Request
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Return Portal". If you need more information, click on "Refund and Return Policy". Then, request a return.
Once your return is approved, please place the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.

Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, GInThePark will process your return. If the returned item is used, damaged, or missing any parts, or is damaged during return shipping because it wasn't packaged correctly, GInThePark will not provide a refund. If this is to occur, GInThePark will notify you by email.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was received, please contact us at inquiry@shopginthepark.com.
In the event of a refund, we are not responsible for lost or stolen original payment methods. Customers are advised to safeguard their payment details, and any associated risks, such as loss or theft, are the sole responsibility of the customer.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
