Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Shipping Fees
You are responsible for most return return shipping fees.

For returns, we strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to ship your return. Exceptions: GInThePark will cover shipping fees when items are damaged and/or defective. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your item qualifies as damaged/defective, a return shipping label will be emailed. GInThePark does not charge restocking fees.

We work with multiple delivery partners to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time. This may result in your order having multiple shipments from separate delivery partners. Speed of delivery depends on the type of product, product availability, and proximity to metropolitan areas. Pre-order and backordered items will only be shipped once in stock.

DELAYED SHIPMENT/DELIVERY DUE TO UNFORESEEN SITUATIONS

In the event of delay in shipment due to unforeseen situations, you will be contacted via email. GInThePark reserves the right to reschedule the shipment.
